Birchwood is part of the Acre group, a collection of hospitality spaces rooted in land, seasonality and a considered approach to food and drink. Positioned between countryside and city, the project spans Taywell Farm in Kent and a second site in Covent Garden, bringing a shared ethos into two distinct settings.

Our role was to shape Birchwood from the ground up. This included the development of the brand identity, website design and build, and a set of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Printed materials, menus and in-venue communications were designed to feel quietly confident and aligned with the wider Acre language.

Alongside the outward-facing work, we supported the internal structure of the business, refining systems and operational frameworks to ensure the brand translates clearly through both guest experience and day-to-day running. The result is a cohesive identity that moves seamlessly between digital, physical and operational spaces, grounded in simplicity, clarity and restraint.
